In a blender, food processor, or using an immersion blender, combine all ingredients except for 20 grams/ml of the milk. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
When ready to prepare, use the light ice cream setting on the Ninja CREAMi machine.
Once the cycle is complete, remove the mixture from the container and add the remaining 20 grams/ml of milk.
Use the respin setting on the Ninja CREAMi machine. You might have to repeat this twice.
Helpful tip: For a creamier texture, let the mix sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before using the machine.
