Tartar Sauce

Feel free to substitute some of the yogurts with mayo. You can also add finely chopped capers or herbs like dill and parsley.

Ingredients
  

  • 110 gram Greek yogurt, 2% 77 calories
  • 6 gram mustard
  • 3 gram onion 1 calorie
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 calorie
  • 10 gram/ml Worcestershire Sauce 10 calories

Instructions
 

  • Chop onion and pickles. Mix everything together and let stand in the fridge for one hour before serving.

Notes

Because this is made without mayo I'd recommend using a higher-fat Greek yogurt, but the non-fat one works as well. In addition, you might want to add sweeteners such as a small amount of honey or Splenda.
