Parsley and Lemon Precooked Shrimp
A wonderful lemon and parsley dressing for precooked shrimp. Serve with a green salad, as finger food, with cold pasta, rice, or with steamed vegetables.

- 170 gram shrimp cooked - tail off
- 15 gram/ml red wine vinegar
- 15 gram/ml lemon juice
- 2 gram fresh parsley
- 1 gram dijon mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon oregano
- 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Chop fresh parsley. Mix with spices, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar.
Coat pre-cooked shrimp with marinade and let marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours, up to 24 hours.
