Gochujang Chicken - Slow Cooker (SEOUL BOWL)
Slightly spicy, a bit salty, and all kinds of savory.

- 450 gram Chicken Breast 450
Sauce
- 30 gram Gochujang
- 20 gram Water
- 2 gram Olive oil
- 3 gram Salt
- 1 gram Black pepper
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 gram Ground ginger
- 4 gram Honey (Optional!) Some people prefer the sweetness that honey brings to Gochujang dishes. I do not add it to mine. Add additional calories if you do add honey.
After done cooking
- 10 gram Lime juice About half a lime
Place chicken breast in a single layer in the slow cooker.
Mix all sauce ingredients together.
Coat the chicken with the sauce using a pastry brush.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
Squeeze over lime juice.
Serve! Make it a Seoul Bowl, serve over a salad, or with potatoes and steamed vegetables.
