Chocolate Ice Cream - With Protein Powder

Ingredients
  

  • 90 gram Greek Yogurt (2% preferred)
  • 150 ml/grams Fairlife - Skim Milk
  • 5 gram Cocoa Powder
  • 20 gram gram Protein Powder Chocolate flavor
  • 0.25 tsp Xanthan Gum or Guar Gum 0.25 tsp about 1 gram

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, food processor, or immersion blender: combine all ingredients except 20 grams/ml of the milk and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mix to the container.
  • Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • When ready, use the light ice cream setting on the Ninja CREAMi machine.
  • After the cycle is done, take it out of the container and add the remaining 20 grams/ml of milk.
  • Now use the respin setting on the Ninja CREAMi machine. You may have to respin it twice depending on how frozen the base is.
