Cheesecake Ice Cream – Cottage Cheese Base

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram Fairlife - Skim Milk
  • 110 gram Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 6 gram Jell-O - Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 0.25 tsp Xanthan Gum or Guar Gum Optional but helps with texture

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, food processor, or immersion blender: combine all ingredients except 20 grams/ml of the milk and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mix to the container.
  • Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • When ready, use the light ice cream setting on the Ninja CREAMi machine.
  • After the cycle is done, take it out of the container and add the remaining 20 grams/ml of milk.
  • Now use the respin setting on the Ninja CREAMi machine.
  • Helpful tip: Some people find it becomes creamier if you let the mix sit out at room temperature for 10 minutes before using the machine.
