Low Calorie Jell-0 Cake
Super refreshing for hot summer days
Ingredients
- 2 boxes Sugar-Free Gelatin Dessert Mix (0.3 oz/7.5 g each box)
- 100 gram Strawberries You can also use other berries such as raspberry
- 75 gram Cool Whip – Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Boil 236 g (1 cup) water.
- Mix with the boiling water with one of the jello packages.
- Add 236 g (1 cup) cold water, mix.
- Add mix into a 9-inch round pie or cake pan.
- Add 100-gram berries
- Chill until completely set or overnight.
- Mix the second jello package with 236 g hot water.
- Add120 g cold water, and let come to room temperature.
- Once room temperature, add 75 gram cool whip. Whisk well with a whip.
- Pour this over the set Jello and return to the fridge.
- Once set, top with 35 gram cool whip.
