Seared Soy& Ginger Ahi Tuna Steaks

Ingredients
- 8 oz wild ahi tuna steak each is usually 4 oz
Marinade Mix
- 30 gram/ml soy sauce
- 4 gram/ml sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 3 gram hot sauce such as sirracha
- 0.25 tsp ginger spice
Instructions
- Combine all sauce mix ingredients
- Pour marinade over tuna
- Heat a skillet over medium-high
- Spray with non-stick spray and add the tuna
