- 3 gram Molasses 12 calories
- 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 calories
- 0.12 teaspoon Ginger
- 0.06 teaspoon Cloves ground
- 0.06 teaspoon Nutmeg Ground
Instructions
- Mix oats, water, spices, and molasses in a pot or a large microwave-safe dish.
