  • 40 gram Rolled oats 150 calories
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract 1 calorie
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 calorie
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cardamom
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Ginger 1 calorie
  • 0.2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.06 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.06 teaspoon Ground Cloves

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, water, and spices in a pot or a large microwave-safe dish.
