Chai Oatmeal
Perfectly sweet, a tiny bit spicy, and filled with warmth from the blend of spices, this oatmeal takes on the flavor of a chai latte, yet makes a much heartier and filling breakfast than a latte alone!
Ingredients
- 40 gram Rolled oats 150 calories
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract 1 calorie
- 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 calorie
- 0.25 teaspoon Cardamom
- 0.25 teaspoon Ground Ginger 1 calorie
- 0.2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 0.06 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.06 teaspoon Ground Cloves
Instructions
- Mix oats, water, and spices in a pot or a large microwave-safe dish.
