Skinny Maple Oatmeal
I love Better Oats Oatmeal Maple & Brown Sugar but it never fills me up. So I've experimented with multiple maple oatmeals to create one similar in flavor but more filling 🙂
Ingredients
- 40 gram Rolled oats 150 calories
- 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 calories
- 0.5 teaspoon Maple Extract 5 calories
Instructions
- Combine oats, water, cinnamon, maple extract, and cinnamon in a pot or a large microwave-safe dish.
