10 minute quick jam

Use any type of frozen berries like blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries. Use for pancakes, toast, crepes, over ice cream or oatmeal.

Ingredients
  

  • 140 gram Frozen Strawberries 70 calories
  • 1 tbsp sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Combine berries and sugar/sweetener in a microwave-safe bowl
  • Microwave in 2 minutes, stirring between for a total of 6-10 minutes
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes for a thicker jam
