Jell-O Mousse
Pick any sugar-free flavored gelatin powder and make it into a high-protein mousse. My favorite is raspberry and strawberry.Only 89 calories and 16 grams of protein!
Ingredients
- 2 servings Sugar-free Gelatin Dessert Mix (Jell-O Strawberry) – approx 5 gram
- 130 gram Non-Fat Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Heat enough water to mix the gelatin in. I do 2-3 tablespoons of water and microwave it for 40-50 seconds.
- Whisk Jell-O and water until dissolved, let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
- Add greek yogurt and Jell-O into a mixing bowl. Mix well with an electric mixer for about 2-4 minutes, you want to whip as much air as possible into the mousse.
- Pour into a 2-cup sized container and let cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Notes
Stays well in the fridge for up to 36 hours.
