Easy Lime Tofu
Easy to make tofu that works well in salads, sandwiches, or as an entree.
Ingredients
- 198 gram Tofu Extra Firm
Marinade
- 40 ml Less Sodium Soy Sauce
- 40 ml Lime juice
- 1 gram Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Add soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix.
- Chop tofu into desired bite-size pieces.
- Combine tofu with the marinade and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Bake at 400 F for 30-40 minutes.
Notes
Serve with a green salad, or with rice and vegetables. Goes great topped with freshly chopped cilantro.
For the marinade, the tofu only absorbs about 1/3rd of the liquid. So only 1/3rd of the marinade is towards the total calories. So each serving has 13 calories from the marinade.
