Zucchini Bread Oatmeal
Zucchini is a great way to add volume to your oatmeal without the excess calories
Ingredients
- 40 gram Rolled oats 150 calories
- 40 gram Banana 36 calories
- 50 gram Zucchini 9 calories
- 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 calories
- 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 calories
Instructions
- Peel the green skin of the zucchini then grate it. Squeeze out the excess water with a paper towel.
- Dice the banana.
- Mix oats, cinnamon, banana, and water in a pot or a large microwave-safe dish.

- Stir in zucchini, and vanilla extract to the oatmeal. Serve.
