Salt & Vinegar Cauliflower
Low carb and calorie subsitute for salt & vinegar potato chips.
Ingredients
- 290 gram cauliflower
- 2 gram oil
- 1 tablespoon white Vinegar
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Chop cauliflower into the desired size and add to a bowl. Pour over the vinegar, oil, and salt. Toss to mix.
- Lay the cauliflower on a parchment or foil-covered baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they start to brown.
- Serve topped with chopped fresh parsley.
